Terms of Use, Delivery, Warranty
Delivery time
The average delivery time extends from 10 to 60 days after receipt of payment. Every product have its delivery time written in its product page. Also, we will update you via email with estimated time of delivery before confirming the order, so you can choose if you are ok with the timings or not.
Payment
Payments can be made by Bank wire, or card or Paypal. You will be contacted by us with payments details.
Object of agreement
Gallardo Components delivers the customer ordered goods.
If Gallardo Components admits any contractual failure, Gallardo Components is indebted to inform the customer immediately. In that case the customer has the chance to sign a modified contract. If the customer does not give his acknowledgement, the contract is not accomplished.
Delivery
We ship fast and secure with FEDEX Express Courier.
Deliveries are categorically not insured and the risk is taken by the customer, but we can make a insurance under request. Usually shippings doesn’t need insurances, our boxes usually delivers in perfect condition because are resistant and well made.
Visible damages (also packing damages) must be notified to the respective shipping/delivery service/post. If the customer fails to do so there is no right to draw on Gallardo Components.
Once an order is placed we calculate the shipping costs to your country and we try to choose the best solution!
In case the ordered products are shipped outside of the EU , the buyer must handle the import customs procedure including paying taxes or import duties, but we usually do our best to manage the lowest taxes and import duties.
Brands Logos & Names (disclaimer)
Products sold by Gallardo Components are not associated or related to LAMBORGHINI. Names , symbols or descriptions are only used for identification purposes . The rightful owner is Lamborghini.
Choice of law
Italian right is used on any legal relationships between Gallardo Components , the customer and the particular business conditions. The use of the UN-agreement about contracts about international ware sales from 11.04.1988 are excluded. These terms don’t include the constraining arrangements of the customers country.
Return policy
Customers have the right to return an item within 14 days, unless it was specifically produced for the customer. If produced on order, returns are declined.
Pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to measure, for which refunds are therefore not provided.
Fiberglass products and 3d Printed products such as headlights, tail lights, fog lights are not refundable, produced on order for the customer specifically.
Alloy wheels are also specifically produced and personalized for customer, and are not refundable.
Returns are handled within 14 days . Refunds are handled within 14 days once the returned item arrive back at out facility.
Any order produced for the customer, have no right for return.
In order to claim a return or guarantee case, we require an email to contact@gallardocomponents.com including a description of the situation or fault with pictures and official invoice copy. Commercial invoice attached to every package must be provided for any guarantee or return case. No other form is accepted and will be declined without.

When will I receive my product?
• Average time for most orders is 2-4 weeks but if the timings will be prolongued you will be notified, usually this not happens!
• Freight carriers only deliver at a specific scheduled time, you must be availble to sign
• In rare instances you may have to wait the full 40 days, as stated on our listing.
• Not all products are in stock, please request delivery time before buying.
• A Working Phone Number is REQUIRED
• Freight Companies may REQUIRE a phone # to schedule a delivery.
• If the freight company cannot contact you may not receive your package.
• Undeliverable shipments may be returned or destroyed at buyer’s expense.

Description of Material and Handling:
Our Fiberglass, carbon as well and ABS and Polycarbonate parts are made to a higher standard than most mass produced ABS , carbon or fiberglass parts. Holes is not pre-drilled to make a better fitment. Customer should try to fit the parts before they can be prepped and finished. Due to the nature of fiberglass there may be cracks or surface imperfections that need filled and/or leveled. This should be fixed in the prep stage of installation at a professional body shop. Bolts, screws, and double sided tape is not included. Chips and cracks in the primer or fiberglass will exist and can be easily fixed during the prepping process. The primer finish must be sanded and other prep work will be required prior to painting. Fiberglass parts are hand made, they are not machine made and therefore not perfect. Be sure to use hood pins if installing a fiberglass hood. A professional body shop with extensive knowledge of custom fiberglass is required for installation. Primer finish. Hand layup is the manufacturing process used for the majority of our fiberglass parts. Made with fibeglass and plastic resin. We do not offer any guarantee of fitment on vehicles that have been in involved in accidents and/or have body damage or customization.

With an order or a contract these conditions are read and accepted .
